Meet Caroline,
Your Menopause pathway coach and cheerleader, always
“Thank you Caroline for being so informative as I begin this next stage. Such positive and helpful support. I've gone from dreading it to embracing it! I would recommend any woman entering their 40s to take these sessions.”

My story
I was running my own HR business and on paper everything looked great but behind the scenes, my confidence had started to slip. I was second-guessing decisions that once I would have made easily, tasks that had been straightforward suddenly became overwhelming and I couldn't explain why.
Eventually, the self-doubt became so loud that I stepped away from the business that I had worked so hard to build.
18 months later I realised that I hadn't lost my edge. I had been going through the peri menopause and I just hadn't recognised it. When I returned to the workplace, it was with a very different awareness. I began to quietly realise that other women were questioning themselves in the way I had done.
So I started a menopause awareness group and what began as small get togethers quickly grew to real support and awareness. This changed everything for me I could see a real need for more support. I knew how powerful and necessary this work was for women, and it led me to retrain as a menopause coach.
My training began…
and I’ve never looked back. Menopause can be misunderstood, minimised and treated like a private issue rather than a significant life transition.
I trained with Women of a Certain Stage which is a reputable training provider established in 2014. I chose this Menopause Coaching Diploma because it provided expert led competence training that included in its course content supervised coaching of clients using the GROW model.
Now qualified, I combine my menopause coaching knowledge with the ability to really listen (as a seasoned Samaritan listener) to enable women to help navigate this stage of life with confidence and calm. I'm able to help women understand what's happening in their bodies and support them to advocate for what they need.
Women don’t want to be fixed, they want to be listened to,
As a menopause coach my role is not to medicalise, diagnose or fix. My role is to listen, empower and walk alongside you. I am really excited to share this work with clients in life and in the workplace. Showing them that menopause is not an ending, it's a transition and with the right support it can lead to a whole new chapter of new beginnings.
“I’m incredibly grateful for Caroline’s support, empathy, and practical guidance, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone feeling lost or overwhelmed by menopause.”
