Menopause Coaching to support you in this season of life

With support, you can move from feeling weighed down by menopause to feeling lighter, more connected and more in tune with your body’s needs. For some, this might be the first season they’ve felt fully connected to themselves

Menopause can feel confusing,

Overwhelming, and at times, lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. With the right support, understanding and space to explore you can begin to feel more in control, more connected and clearer about what you need now (not yesterday). No matter the support you choose, this is a place for practical guidance, gentle encouragement and shared understanding, helping you navigate this stage of life with greater confidence and care.

Introducing

the 8 week signature Menopause coaching plan, your tool kit for now

A glass vase with pink, white, and cream roses, along with green foliage, is placed on a white pedestal against a plain light-colored wall in the menopause coaching office.

As a certified coach, I support you through the signature Menopause Plan, developed by Women of a Certain Stage

The Menopause Plan helps you navigate your menopause journey.  It shows you how your hormones are affecting you, your sleep, your mood, your joints and your brain. Instead of the menopause impacting you, you begin to take control, feel lighter. We work with the menopause, not against it as we learn to listen to your body and give it what it needs.

You will create your own vision board to support you in creating your unique road map, have access to a private WhatsApp group for helpful information and support and you will learn how to advocate for yourself with your GP and your Boss.

The plan is comprehensive and consists of 8 live coaching session, delivered weekly following a framework that’s flexible and personal to you.

What we’ll cover throughout the 8 weeks

  • A dream without a plan is just a dream. We’ll use your vision board to set you realistic and measurable goals.

  • We’ll learn how hydration is key in this journey and why.

  • The way you begin and end your day quietly shapes everything in between.

  • This is where we discover what foods work for you and what foods don’t.

  • Not you ten years ago, you today. Listening to your body and honouring what she says.

  • Gain clarity and let go of what no longer serves you.

  • It takes a village, no matter the stage of life. We’ll learn how to ask for help and support during your menopause journey.

  • Celebrating how far you have come and we’ll look at the next steps together using the menopause pathway wheel

Emma’s Experience,

I recently completed a 7-week menopause coaching course with Caroline, and I can honestly say it has been transformative.

The course explored the many different aspects of menopause and how they were impacting my life, both physically and emotionally. Caroline worked with me in a way that felt completely personal — helping me think through options and make decisions that genuinely worked for me, rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions.

Before starting the course, I was feeling pretty defeated. I had already tried different types of HRT, focused on sleep health, and made various changes, but nothing seemed to help. I had become quite resigned to the idea that I was facing a poor quality of life until menopause had “run its course”.

What the coaching gave me, above all else, was space to talk openly about the real impact my symptoms were having. Caroline helped me make sense of what I was experiencing and, crucially, reassured me that I wasn’t “going insane” — that my struggles were valid and understandable.

Since completing the course, I’ve made several small but really important changes to my day-to-day life, and I’ve also felt confident enough to give HRT another go. While many of my symptoms are still there, I now feel lighter, more informed, and far better able to face them rationally and with self-compassion.

I’m incredibly grateful for Caroline’s support, empathy, and practical guidance, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone feeling lost or overwhelmed by menopause.

Join our menopause support group,

I offer regular group sessions in the Salisbury, Wiltshire area and via Zoom. They are friendly supporting space for information sharing around the topic of menopause and often have guest speakers to help you find support in community. One third of the entire female UK population is currently experiencing Peri Menopause or Menopause and it’s so important to me these spaces are available.

Join me at our Menopause Coaching Workshops,

These workshops take place in the Salisbury area and on Zoom, offering welcoming, bite-sized sessions focused on one practical topic that may support you on your menopause journey. They’re a lovely opportunity to learn, try something new and connect with like-minded women.

Each workshop begins with a short introduction to menopause before gently moving into the session’s focus, exploring how and why it may help and how you can introduce it into your everyday life. We enjoy guest speakers and specialist trainers and there’s is always time for questions and shared conversation.

Meet Caroline, your Menopause Pathway Coach

A smiling woman wearing a bright blue turtleneck sweater standing outdoors in front of leafless branches - it's Caroline the menopause symptom support in salisbury
A woman smiling and hugging a brown and white dog outdoors on a sunny day in Wilshire, menopause coach.

I was running my own HR consultancy after 25 years in the sector when perimenopause arrived. I didn’t recognise what was happening, and working on my own meant there was no one to confide in about my experience. I felt my confidence quietly slip away. Tasks I’d done with ease suddenly felt overwhelming and one night, I made the decision to step back from my business.

It was only later, that I truly understood what I’d been experiencing. Eighteen months later I stepped back into work, setting up a menopause support group there and seeing the impact it had was transformational. It led me to qualify as a certified menopause coach, so no woman has to face what I went through alone.

“Working with Caroline has been a complete breath of fresh air. Her gentle guidance and deep experience made me feel heard and supported from day one. She doesn't just give you a list of 'don'ts'; she helps you understand how nutrition and life choices impact your wellbeing, making it much easier to change long-standing habits. I feel more in control of my health and far more energised. I would hiighly recommend her.”
